Cost of Being a Publisher (JoltMaker?)

Is there a cost for being permitted to publish trades in Jolt market place and how do we collect fees?
(This is a test both of the forum and of user privileges, but the answers will be relevant.)

JoltMakers must be approved by our site administrators. The reviewal process takes about 24 hours, and involves verification of biographical
data and verification of your identity. We scrutinize these closely. We’ll contact you if we run into issues or need more data.

There is no cost for publishing the Jolts themselves. However a portion of the fees that you set are owed by TradeJolt, as per our Terms and Conditions. The balance , 75 percent at the time of this posting will be paid to you monthly. Your earnings will accrue in your account in a record you will be able to view. Payments will be submitted at the end of each month by ACH to the bank account you specify.

Eventually, we intend to set up a payment service using Bitcoin’s Lightnlng network. This will be optional for both buyers (JoltTakers) and sellers (JoltMakers). There will be incentives for both to participate At that time the payments made will be instant to the JoltMakers.
